A runner's progress - day 5
Today’s weather - blustering winds and horizontal rain.
I still ran in it. Like a boss.
Running into the wind was horrific so I tried not to as much as possible, thus it was a pretty short run. That and I think I’m getting shin splints so I really need to buy some new trainers ASAP.

1.5 miles in 20 minutes, mostly running.
Wondered why I was finding the uphill slope pretty easy, found out when I turned round that it was because the wind was on my back.
